Pooja Barot, Managing Director of SCS was born and brought up in Vadodara and migrated to UK a few years back. Since 2014, she successfully operates Shreeji Inc Ltd care services in the UK which is funded and monitored by local UK government. Shreeji Inc Ltd is thoroughly inspected by UK government body CQC and is awarded the status as ‘Good’ which only prestigious companies can achieve.

As a daughter worried for her parents residing thousands of miles away in India, she realised that there was a great need and gap for quality services for senior/elder care and for medical needs amongst many other families residing abroad.

SCS was thus born. A system driven delivery of services - global standards that suit Indian needs.Accessible,affordable and measurable.

SCS’s Standard Operation Procedure (SOP)

SCS healthcare assistant would arrive 5 mins before scheduled time and not enter the home or residential premises unless allowed by you.

For gated community customers, they would seek permission by calling you from the security gates and enter only after duly filling their details on your society/colony visitor’s register.

Are always in SCS uniform and always carry an Identity Card issued by SCS

SCS App would have their Picture and Contact details, as a ready reference.

All SCS staff are certified to be trained on ‘Global Best Practices’

Each of our SCS healthcare assistants have had their antecedents and backgrounds strictly checked and verified in person, backed by government security protocols.

With strong family values and 15 years industry experience, I have grown and nurtured Shreeji Inc Ltd from the early days, working out of my dining room through to ...today, working out of the innovative CEME Centre in Rainham, UK with government contracts to provide care to vulnerable adults. Being the registered manager of Shreeji training organization, gives me the values and understanding required to deliver outstanding training, care and services to community in India. I am born and brought up in India, Gujarat so I understand the culture and ethics of our community. As family person, I thrive on the everyday challenge’s life throws, in the knowing that my devoted team will support me all the way. I am so very proud of my family and team. My extensive experience, qualifications (Level 5 leadership and management in care, Level 3 in designated safeguarding lead, Certificate in teaching, B E mechanical) and leadership puts the customer at the heart of our business embedding Shreeji’s Mission, Vision, Commitment and Values. I am Co-chair at Skills for UK government run care providers network in East London) I have carried out detailed research in India with the team of experts in the care and health industry to ensure UK standards and Indian values are combined in our services.

Dr. Ghanashyam Patel is MD Ayurveda specialized in Ayurvedic Pharmacology has more than 16 years of experience in the field of Research in Ayurvedic/Herbal medicine. ... In his multifarious professional career he has been a consultant physician in Ayurevdic hospital, a scientist in project by Gov. of India, and R&D head in Ayurvedic medicine manufacturing company. Presently he is a Technical advisor in India’s leading Nutraceutical Company, a consultant in multiple Ayurvedic Pharma companies and also administrator of Ayurvedic& Naturopathy Hospital located in Baroda, Gujarat, India. Following his passion for social upliftment, established an NGO namely S.H.A.R.E. (Society for Health And Reclamation of Environment) which is working for grass-root people to help them improve their livelihood. His same passions for contributing to the society especially to the senior citizen draw him to join the Shayona Care Services. He is spearheading the administration and business operations of Shayona Care Services.
